 10 Step process to website happiness:

    1. Get a clear sense of your project and your company (number of pages, SEO aspects, features, deadlines, hosting, etc...)
    2. Review materials (artwork digitized and ready to post? Is the text finalized?)
    3. An estimate outlining the project is emailed to you for approval. Typically a deposit is required
    4. Once a deposit has been made and the estimate has been approved via email or signature, work begins!
      (You get a PDF receipt for your records)
    5. We email you the first rough draft web design for your review
    6. Revisions to the design are made to your satisfaction
    7. A beta version is created for review and approval
    8. Launch! Your website is viewable to the world
    9. 50% remainder due upon launch
    10. Who maintains the website? We discuss maintenance and updating of the website
